The method has a number of obvious weaknesses. First, the bifurcation method is transparent, that the runner knows exactly what are the alternatives. Such bifurcations are iar worthless. This is especially true when running in a crowd, where within a short time then form three clearly identifiable groups.
The three alternatives must be equivalent to, or choose all the same. But if they are equal, then it does not matter which you choose, so tactically it is only logical that determine, for example, the Swiss athletes in advance, that they all use the option c or at least to some secret sign.
From this point of bifurcation, the method only the possible effect of the 'Zonk', for example, if your choice is on the field clearly weaker than in the other two ... But no tactical component.
Finally, the technical solution of the 'decision item'. At one WOC10 Season happy times 18 runners stamped within 20 seconds or Tiomila 77 in 60 seconds. How can that be that a competitor can not see what stamps the precursor, without leading to a backlog?

Automatic detection of card contacts XI: key figures with the quick route mapping
A small night-OL close is an occasion to test my new prototype for the support of the HOBO wrist and quick route for AMRD.

The perspective is in itself well to competition from the perspective of the reader to judge timing. The interpretation of the figures, it still needs some more experience.

I map new to the OLG Glarus Glarus Schwändi the map. Look over my shoulder! I will periodically the state on half a square kilometer of 6.3km2 map here. The latest things at the top and again brought forward in the blog (that newcomers start at the bottom to read!). Questions and comments very much and have fun.

The card in the last version no quality Q by the Association has received in part because the recording quality varies locally strong. I have therefore decided to take the card from scratch.

In the wake of the DV of SwissOrienteering of 6 March 2010 in Langenthal Thomas Scholl as a private person, as well as representatives of the Higher Regional Court of Zurich mountain three appeals against the decisions of 'exclusion Thomas Scholl' and 'exclusion OLG Zurich Mountain' was filed. All with the decisions been rejected by Jan 26, 2011th In all three appeals restricted the constitutional, statutory and Statutenwidrigkeit of the decision or its conclusion was discussed.
The three RK-decisions (1 & 2 are almost identical):
A few new insights from the decisions:
Orienteering Association (keyword proliferation) can not be in the interests of Swiss Orienteering.
In the wake of the DV of SwissOrienteering of 6 March 2010 in Langenthal Thomas Scholl as a private person, as well as representatives of the Higher Regional Court of Zurich mountain three appeals against the decisions of 'exclusion Thomas Scholl' and 'exclusion OLG Zurich Mountain' was filed. All with the decisions been rejected by Jan 26, 2011th In all three appeals restricted the constitutional, statutory and Statutenwidrigkeit of the decision or its conclusion was discussed.
The three RK-decisions (1 & 2 are almost identical):
- OLG Zurich mountain from the decision of the delegates meeting of 6 March 2010 relating to restriction of freedom by Thomas Scholl Thomas Scholl
- against decision of the Assembly of Delegates of 6 March 2010 relating to restriction of freedom by Thomas Scholl
- OLG Zurich Berg against exclusion by delegates' meeting of 6 March 2010
A few new insights from the decisions:
- It was already established earlier that were included in the application of the OLG Stäfa information from an ongoing process. The IGC was now able to demonstrate that the information (legitimately) can be reached via the ZV OLG Stäfa. (The fact that the OLG Zurich mountain have 5 members, was mentioned in a Presidential Decree dated October 15, 2009) (decision 1.B.5).
- The DV of SwissOrienteering may also things that are not in the bylaws and not delegated to officers of the Association unless they are illegal. This is the so-called collecting skills. The mandate of the sanctions against Thomas ZV Scholl express fall under this residuary power (decision 1.B.6)
- SwissOrienteering may expel members if they work against the special interests of SOLV (sic). The exclusion is not material, but with regard to procedural irregularities and questionable abuse of rights (E3.B.6.). TS makes an abuse claim, because it was not unlawful to charge. The IGC, however assessed TS 'notorious' rekurieren 'exaggerated formalism' and 'has contributed (sic) appeal procedures' with 'unnecessary hindrance of association activities' and a breach of good faith. In order for TS to protect against abuse of rights expires. (E3.B.7.)
- The IGC notes that SwissOrienteering association is not a monopoly and thus has a vollumflängliches out right. TS therefore can not make personal injury claims. It is free to include maps themselves, to organize competitions to set up or an alternative Orienteering Association. (E3.B.8.) * * A second
Orienteering Association (keyword proliferation) can not be in the interests of Swiss Orienteering.

since yesterday is version 1.1. Freeware OL laser available. The Swede has developed Jerker Boman OL laser for laser-based processing of digital elevation data. Laser data can be read in the popular formats and from relief shading and contour lines are calculated. Shadow images and contours can be saved and then easily imported into OCAD.
This is from the core innovation of laser OL OCAD10 1:1 as freeware.
An addendum to the chronology. Jerker has begun, because there was at OCAD (9) no such functionality.
