After years of apprenticeship as a pupil of "Projetos Axé" and the group Muzena under the direction of Mestre Mário, I led the percussion lessons for children and young people of Afro-groups: Olodum, Timbalada, Araketu, MALÈ DE BALE, ILE AYE, Filhos de Gandy, Cortejo AFRO and KAYALA BANDA DA BAHIA Salvador (Bahia).
In 2003 I was invited to play in the drum group AFRODUM in Belo Horizon (Minas Gerais), the line that my cousin Pelé (Ballerino und Percussionist) kurz zurvor gründete. So begann meine berufliche Laufbahn in Belo Horizonte.
